Our carts are fully charged before every rental and typically last all day under normal use. For multi-day rentals, we’ll provide simple charging instructions so you’re always powered up.

Yes, a valid driver’s license is required to rent and operate a golf cart. Drivers must meet the minimum age requirement based on local regulations.

Yes! But we can only offer delivery and pickup within a 1 mile radius of our East Austin location in East Cesar Chavez area. You can select this option at checkout.

If you live nearby and would prefer to pickup yourself, please leave a note with your rental and we will give you our exact location after you schedule. We will leave out a lockbox with the key so you can grab the cart easily.

Golf carts must be driven on approved roadways and are intended for street use only. They may not be used on pedestrian trails, including Lady Bird Lake Trail, or in bike lanes. We’ll provide clear guidance at pickup so you know exactly where you can and cannot drive.

ECartsATX carries general liability insurance for its operations. However, renters are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and any damages or incidents that occur during the rental period.
We recommend checking with your personal auto insurance provider to understand any applicable coverage. Additional protection options may be available at booking.
